Priority mail usually takes up to 2-3 business days to arrive from the time your order is shipped.
We are required by State and Federal laws to charge sales tax and shipping charges on products shipped to California.
Special circumstances such national holidays may delay the duration of both shipping methods (Priority and Express mail) for domestic and international orders by up to an additional 14 days. Please keep in mind these occurrences when ordering (i.e. Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
ABM is responsible for handling orders from the time it has departed from our facility to the time when the tracking update states and confirms the order as being 'delivered' Please read more about the policies as well as track your package via USPS on their website: www.usps.com
**If you have not received your order after 3 weeks from the date you ordered with us, please contact us immediately.
Item(s) purchased from ABM must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund. Products must be in the condition you received them.

When shipping your item(s), please include a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
**You have 7 days from when your order was received to return the item(s) to receive a full refund.
We cannot refund the original shipping charges and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected items and declares that the items are in original condition.
Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.
NO REFUNDS will be available on sale and discounted items. (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday sales, etc.)
Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, ABM will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. Gift Certificates are non-refundable
**Shipping & handling are non-refundable for returns.
If there be a time where you did not receive an item(s) that was stated on your invoice, please contact us right away. In cases like this, we will take full responsibility and reimburse you for the shipping fees when sending the item(s) back.
